Responsibilities:
o Insure RTC is configured strategically
o Insure backlogs are built, constantly groomed, and reflect reality
o Insure team has access to sufficient tool training and documentation
o Insure team is using tool on a daily basis to reflect reality
o Facilitate sprit planning meetings
o Facilitate retrospectives
o Facilitate daily standup
o Manage team effectiveness metrics
o Coach all team members on Scrum tenants
o Proactively resolve conflict between people and if needed escalate appropriately
o Collect and distribute project information on a regular basis, documenting team agreements
o Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information
o Remove any obstacles blocking or slowing down the team members
o Identify and coordinate dependencies with other teams or vendors

Methods-4+ years:
o Scrum

Tools-2+ years:
o Rational Team Concert (RTC)
o Rational Quality Manager (RQM)
Miscellaneous:
o Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field
o 7+ years of systems development and business experience
o 5+ years of experience identifying and communicating product plans, project plans, role definitions, sprint plans, impediments, and burndown
o 3+ Years of SM experience
o Ideally has both a Java/programming AND engineering background – with B2C, eCommerce RIAs
