OVERVIEW:
We are a web design/marketing firm that provides web design, SEO, Social Media and other web-related services to small businesses. You have a higher success rate if you understand our services.
We are looking for 4 TALENTED and DRIVEN Filipino telemarketers/appointment setters to call small businesses and offer our various services.
We need to fill Part-time and Full-time positions but you will most likely begin by working part-time and advancing to full-time after displaying positive performance.
There are no hardcore selling involved but you can make a between $1000-$2000 a month solely on commission if you are good in sales. Your commission will depend on a couple of things.
The least amount you will get on commission is $10 per appointment booked. You will get an additional $10 once we close the sale during our meeting with them. So assuming you book 5 appointments per day at $20 commission ($10 for booked appointment + $10 for closed deal), you have the potential to earn $100 daily. That gives you $2000 commission income on a part-time, 20 working days.
You will also get the opportunity to upsell other services which could give you an opportunity to earn $50-$100 per deal you make.
Your ability to upsell and think on your feet will determine how much money you make on commission.
This project is ongoing and can turn into a full-time, long term position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
–Contact small business and offer them our various web-related services such as web design, SEO and Social Media…among other things.
–You will do about 50-80 calls per 4-hour schedule and we expect 1-5 appointments per day.
(Note: Our service offerings have very high conversion rates and you'll most likely get a few).
–You will have to try several call scripts (1 for each service) to see which one converts the best
–Two calls you will make: 1 to offer something for free and a 1 more to follow up and set up the appointment
REQUIREMENTS:
–Excellent command of both written and verbal English (you will be tested for both using Skype).
–Prior experience working in a call center doing outbound sales or appointment setting.
–Reliable and able to work without much supervision.
–Must have a quiet working environment.
–Fast and Stable Internet Connection.
–Must own a computer and headset for calling on Skype.
–Willing to work during US/Canada business hours (9pm-6am). Hours are negotiable.
–At least 1 Yr of work experience in appointment setting or telemarketing.
–We expect you to book between at least 1 appointment per day although we have seen guys do between 5-10 on average.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
–The budget given are based on a monthly part-time position, doing 20-hours a week
–Hours are negotiable although you might have to work different shifts to figure out what times of the day are optimal in terms of reaching clients
