I am in search of an experienced Consultant / Web Designer for a Directory Website for a quick interview.

I plan on creating a directory website just like the aforementioned sites. The niche will be different but most of the functionalities should be present. I am in the process of raising capital but I first need to interview thru Skype someone knowledgeable at these kinds of websites.
This a quick work as I will only take 2-3 hours of your time.
Throughout the interview (chat only), I will be asking you with questions related to the design and technical aspect of the project. I am not technical and so I want to know if my ideas can be implemented.
I checked some WordPress Themes like DirectoryPress and so knowledge of this is a plus. I am not sure though if it is the best for the kind of site I have in mind.
At the end of the interview, I hope to get an idea if all the functionalities can be implemented in such a way that I can manage them by myself afterwards. If it can be done through WordPress then better. I hope to know a rough estimate / budget for the project so that I have a goal as I am gathering funds.
Depending on how the interview goes, the contractor chosen can be awarded with the project in the future.
