MAIL SERVER Customer Management System.
-import excel, access contacts.
-dont allow duplicates.
-filter contacts based on any field (value,like,between, ect.)
-build bulk targeted,filtered lists and email the lists.
-record read rates, clickthroughs, replies.
-send 30,000 emails per day.
-schedule chain emails, autoresponses.
-simple intuitive interface that is easy to use and understand the functions.
-enter in resume details and create a printable resume for each contact.

No upfront, no milestone until my computer can be used as working mail server with your program. The programming must be in C#.NET. I am also looking for the ideal ISP for sending the emails I want to each day.
