Essential duties & responsibilities:
• Oversee and schedule human resources for project implementation
• Analyzing methods and processes for improvement
• Program data entry for project set-up and tracking
• Generate reports (may compile reports to show statistics, such as metrics, accounts traffic and performance, and other items pertinent to operation of business within project)
• Prepare documentation of analysis and procedures
• Keeps records of program tasks, completions, establishment of milestones
• Hiring and management of outside contractors, vendors, etc…
• Provide insight and understanding project needs and time requirements to get complete
• Must be able to hit deadlines
• To interface with and manage web designer, copy writer, Infusionsoft implementer, Coder, ect..
Requirements:
• Must be proficient with using project management software programs
• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in project management
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Understand successful project creation, monitoring, and reporting metrics
• Great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Must be organized and detailed oriented
• Excellent quality assurance knowledge and processes
• Must have experience with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience handling short term (one week) and long term (several months) type of projects
• Experience handling multiple projects at once
• Must know or be able to master Infusion software in 3-6 months
• Knowledgeable in direct response market tools and technologies
• Familiar with: HTML, Word Press, Online Video, Web, SEO, Landing Pages, Social Media Platforms (twitter, Facebook)
• Familiar with Traffic Generation techniques
• Ability to quick understand and learn new online software platforms and technologies
• Understanding of businesses processes
