Ideally, I want someone who is:
1. Have very good hearing accuity.
2. Typing speed of 60 word per minute.
3. Knows how to proofread his/own work before submitting.
4. Can withstand time pressure but still deliver quality work.
5. Deliver transcripts on or before the deadline.
I will be giving bonuses to those transcribers who can deliver within deadline and with minimal edits be made.
