🔶 Job Description / Tasks 🔶
– Manages daily admin tasks for the client
– Social Media Management
– Creating marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, posters, etc.
– Posting listings in various CRM systems.
– Contract processing
– Email management
– Blog Writing
🔶 Required Qualifications 🔶
– At least 6 months of SOLID call center experience with the SAME company
– A Filipino citizen & currently residing in the Philippines.
– Can provide Philippine HR Requirements such, but not limited to: NBI Clearance, COE, etc.
– Has strong work ethics, independent self-starter and can adapt to change quickly.
– MUST have excellent command of the English language. Both in written & verbal.
– MUST be available to work on a GRAVEYARD SHIFT
– Willing & flexible enough to work on a graveyard shift and on shifting schedules without any issues.
– Reads & comprehends instructions well.
🔶 System Requirements 🔶
– Has a fully functioning laptop or PC with at least 4GB RAM and is running on i3 Processor or higher. This is REQUIRED.
– Has a USB headset with Noise Cancellation feature. (No earphones or earbuds)
– a working webcam.
– Has a WIRED internet connection of at least 3mbps total speed. (Wifi connections are NOT allowed)
