Rockstar Cold Caller
Our Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated individual to work 30-40 hours a week remotely (7-8 hours a day, Monday through Saturday). Interested candidates should be reliable and have a flexible schedule. Preferably, candidate should have strong customer service, phone handling, database entry and multi-tasking skills. Real estate outbound, sales, and telemarketing experience is a big plus!!!
The main job responsibilities will include:
1) Sets expectation of the real estate investor home buying process (we buy homes in the area for cash to help solve distressed homeowner problems
2) Qualifies and gathers motivated seller information during outbound calls
3) Gauges motivation by identifying the seller as a cold, warm, hot, or no lead status
4) Builds rapport with the seller to extract Seller’s Initial asking Price for their home
Additional projects will be assigned based on the candidate's computer skills and real estate knowledge.
Compensation & Start Date:
– $2.5-3hour + BONUS per contract signed
– Paid bi-weekly
– Start Date: ASAP
Skills Required:
-Advance customer service and rapport building skills
– Advanced Phone Handling/Appointment Setting skills
– Advanced Mojo Dialer
– Basic CRM skills and google drive
– Basic Microsoft Office & Google App skills
– Basic Internet research skills
– Proficient in the use of Audio/Web Conferencing tools
– Fluent in conversational English
