Freelancer should have at least 5 years experience in the following or similar job duties. Recruitment is for local service-based jobs in Philippines, not BPO.

– Collaborate in writing job ads for our target market (Philippines)
– Place ads online
– Shortlists candidates
– Conduct 1st interview based on our specifications
– Provide interview report for each candidate
– Assist in onboarding new hires (light work)
– Search resume database for candidates
– Write intro email and follow same steps above to onboarding
