We're a marketing agency in the outbound B2B demand generation space and we're looking for 1 appointment setter with background in the medical field to join our team.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
– Desktop/Laptop (Minimum i3 or equivalent specs)
– DSL internet connection at least 5Mbps
– Must have own working station at home free from background noises
– Headset w/ mic and noise cancellation feature
– appointment setting or telemarketing or any marketing experience handling international accounts is a must
– Background in online work is preferable but not required
– Background in direct emails and LinkedIn marketing are desirable skills but not required
– Fluency in English (verbal and written)
– Good working ethics
– Available to work full-time, shifting schedules, and can do OTs when necessary.

CLIENT REQUIREMENT:
– Background in healthcare SaaS or medical field (work or education background)
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
– Starting pay is 100 pesos per hour during training and probationary period of 3 months
– After 3 months, you'll receive 150 pesos per hour (our campaigns usually require 2 hrs OTs every day so you could earn up to 32K monthly)
– Mondays to Fridays work only (Semi-flexible working schedules)
– Twice a year out of town travel with the team (expenses shouldered by the company)
