Hi! We are a marketing agency that needs help in lead generation and social media management.
We are looking for people who want to make a difference not only for themselves but for the company and our clients as well. Anybody can put in hard work and long hours when required, but we want people who have a purpose, who take initiative to get things done, and who will go beyond what is expected of them simply because they understand the value of commitment, integrity, and stewardship.
WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS:
– Excellent communication skills, oral and written. We don’t need you to have an American accent; we just need you to be able to express your thoughts and messages in a fluent manner.
– Great personality, positive go-getter attitude
– Passion to excel in whatever task he/she is given
MUST HAVES:
– Experience in lead generation
– Experience in social media management
– Experience in using Google Suite, Google Docs, Zoom, Slack, etc
GOOD TO HAVE (training will be provided as long as you have the willingness to learn new skills/tools)
– Experience in LinkedIn prospecting
– Knowledge in creating competitor research
– Knows how to navigate tools like Asana, Wrike, Hubspot
As with every team effort, you will be expected to pitch in on other tasks whenever necessary, to achieve the team’s daily objectives. The ability to multitask and handle several responsibilities at any given time signifies your desire to level up in your commitment and grow even as the company grows.
OTHER MUST-HAVES:
– A computer setup that will able to handle the required tasks
– Strong and reliable internet connection
– Ability to work a minimum of EIGHT (8) HOURS in the US PACIFIC TIME ZONE, that is, 9 AM to 6 PM PST (IT MEANS 12 MIDNIGHT to 9 AM PHILIPPINE TIME)
