One E-Commerce is an International B2B E-commerce solutions company.
We started a year ago and we are a fast-growing start-up with offices in China and Australia. We currently have a team of 25 members from Australia, China, Ukraine, USA, and the Philippines. We aim to simplify the client's overall journey when engaging in business with Chinese companies.
We offer product procurement and third-party logistics (3PL) services, including :

The ‘one and only’ gateway to China
The vision of One is to empower Western companies to have a competitive edge by resolving current problems such as high product mark-up, slow shipping speed, order fulfillment errors, and poor product quality. We provide a bridge to allow Western companies to conduct business with Chinese counterparts with less friction, improved trust, transparency, and most importantly, efficient communication in English.
Who we are looking for
We are gearing up for a massive marketing campaign into Q4 with the goal of reaching 50 – 60 clients in the next 3 months. We have a team of highly-skilled marketing specialists who run our Facebook and Google paid traffic ad campaigns to capture hot leads/potential clients.
What are hot leads? These are potentials clients who request or fulfill a minimum order of 2,250 units a month. We will engage them through a sales call with a product quotation. We did great last quarter!
Where do you come in?
1.You will receive clients’ inbound calls or their’ requests for scheduled calls. A successful sales manager must have exceptional sales experience/skills to close the sales for these high ticketed potential clients.
2.Your goal is to maximise the sales potential from all your sales leads while offering a top notch telemarketing service unique to our company.
Requirements:
-English native speaker
-Experienced and a high-achiever in sales management with upselling skills.
-A persuasive personality with enthusiasm in investigating, creating, and fulfilling client needs.
-Technological proficiency and strong working knowledge of the internet and the eCommerce industry.
Work Hours:
Pretty flexible but you should be free to work within US Eastern Time, and also allocate per day, one or two within China's business hours.
What’s in it for you?
To give you an example, a single average client may order around 3000 to 8000 units on a monthly basis. You will be making a commission per unit they order.
