A PDF/InDesign file of the print-ready book for the printing company.

Requirements:
1) Formatting and layouting of the book including the table of contents, legal, etc.
2) Should fit the book at around 200-250 pages (6×9 book, ~42,900 word count)

Already done:
1) Book Cover (front, back, spine) is done.
2) Document Hierarchy (heading 1, heading 2, heading 3, bulletpoints) is done.
3) Images are provided, but must be turned to black and white for printing.

Notes:
1) I'm very strict with the precision of the document hierarchy, spacing, and formatting. I do check them meticulously.

Looking for:
1) An experienced book layout and format artist with extensive experience in print.
