I need an experienced "Instructional Designer" to create and design an existing curriculum, that is normally delivered live or F2F, into an eLearning format.

Applicants must be based in the Philippines and preferably based in Metro Manila as I would prefer several F2F interactions at the beginning of the engagement.  The majority of the work though can be done offline or remotely.

Experience on course development related to Personal Finance is a plus.
