Texas Ally is looking for a well rounded virtual assistant with Bookkeeping experience to add to the Texas Ally team. The job description is not limited to the below. Our start-up culture has helped Texas Ally become one of the fastest growing real estate brokerages in the Central Texas Area. This role will be split between supporting an executive with financial reporting, QuickBooks management, tax reports, and other daily responsibilities. Our company is growing, so we are looking for candidates that are willing to learn, grow and evolve with the position.
Services and deliverables:
– Keep track of the weekly and monthly accounts receivable
– Manage checks to vendors, agents and other accounts payable
– Manage QuickBooks
– Complete monthly state and federal tax forms
Special requirements for this project:
– Expertise in accounts receivable.
– Knowledge of accounting specialization such as federal and state tax codes for withholding, sales tax, etc.
– Experience with QuickBooks accounting software.
– MS Excel/Google Sheets proficient
Other Potential Duties
â— Receive and manage office calls
â— Manage generated leads using CRM
â— Manage company calendar and scheduling
â— Collect receipts and prepare expense reports to submit to accounting
â— Manage Calendar
â— Oversee Transaction Coordination
â— Accomplish financial objectives by collecting payments; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
â— Maintain properties by investigating and resolving client complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; manage contractors
â— Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
â— Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; updating any needed changes
â— Work with management to resolve administrative problems
â— Develop new processes, and creating the appropriate documentation
â— Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

â— WordPress Experience

â— Independent, able to operate in a startup environment
â— Quick to learn, comfortable with working with multiple online tools simultaneously
â— Able to execute on key goals with minimal instruction
â— Familiar with operating spreadsheet documents and CRMs (Will work with Excel & Google Sheets on a very regular basis)

Time: 9am-5pm CST (11pm-7am MNL Time)
Work Days: (Monday-Friday)
Hours of Work: 8 hours Full Time
Compensation: Will vary based on experience (payout every 2 weeks)
