This is for someone who wants a part-time (minimum 15-20 hours per week) or full-time job,
with a growing company. Potential for full time in the next few months.
Steady salary with opportunity for advancement and raises. This is NOT a temporary or short-

with me and my associates (who run some of the most successful health businesses online).

This role is for a hardworking telephone sales rep who can take incoming calls AND make
outgoing calls via Ring Central to customers in the U.S.
You will be joining a small team that includes two company co-founders in San
Francisco, one designer, one technician and one VA (in the Philippines).
Your tasks will include:
– Making outbound sales calls to leads who called us but did not buy the first time; you will call
them back to offer them our product again (you receive commission on sales)
– Calling new customers to thank them for their purchase and cross-sell/upsell additional
products (you will receive a commission on this too. If you are good, you can make an extra $5-
$15 USD per hour)
– Taking incoming customer service calls from U.S. clients (we will have our phone number
redirected to your computer)
– Listening to customer voicemails and taking care of their requests (such as canceling orders,
setting up refunds, etc.)
– Calling back customers who left their phone number on Voicemail and requested a callback, to
handle their concerns or questions
– Reading through our company literature to understand our products very well, so that you can
easily answer customer questions.
You MUST have exceptional telephone skills and advanced English fluency.
And you MUST be a sales superstar. Otherwise, do NOT apply for this job.
Lastly, you must have experience in speaking on the phone with U.S. clients in a previous role.
