Need to complete 3 or 4 calls using NodeJs calls to Stellar Blockchain, for trades

1. Create Passive Offer
2. Manage Offer
3. Update Offer
4. Delete Offer
5. List offers

These should be able to pass through the Memo ID of the customer, but use 1 or 2 main addresses for making buy or sell offers

We have a loopback API set up and working, with a few calls already working.
We have wallet notify scripts to act on incoming and outgoing transfers
We intend to call these from another API – this loopback API server is restricted to access form that other API, and i can open it up to the developer with a fixed IP address.

You should know the Stellar API well, I am not paying you to learn new blockchain software..;) To a person who knows this, it's won't take long.
