VA needed for 42 hours per work to with the current customer service team
You are required to work every day of the week (Monday-Sunday) the hours are 6 am EST – 12 pm EST (7 pm – 1 am GMT+8 )
We are a new company so we do not have a lot of training material.
Daily Tasks –
– Managing email and chat channels
– Helping answer customers questions
– Help resolve any pending customer issues
– Must reply to customers quickly
– Managing eBay account – Messages, Returns, Disputes
– Working with 3 customer service representatives in the Philippines and 1 in Bangladesh
– Managing and optimizing our customer support software (Reamaze – It is like ZenDesk)
– Setting up training materials that can be used to teach future employees how to handle all issues
– Setting up workflows, reply templates, and automated replies
– Handling upper-level issues if needed such as returns
– Finding areas to improve
– Other Tasks I assign you

– Prior Experience with Consumer Electronics and Audio Products Primarily Car Audio Products
