Hello Upwork,

We're looking to build our list of capable Facebook managers to help run our Facebook accounts and campaigns on a monthly basis.

You should ideally be highly competent in the following tasks:

– Create Facebook ads, landing pages, setup retargeting pixels and opt-in forms to capture incoming leads, grow followers and drive traffic to the main business website

– Understand how Facebook ads and funnels work, and best practices for Facebook advertising

– Do daily tasks such as manage Facebook campaigns, record and report results into a Google spreadsheet

– Setup and create Facebook pages for businesses in the English speaking market

– Create and write engaging Facebook posts to nurture leads

– Engage with members of the Facebook page community (such as participate in discussions, replying to comments in a meaningful way)

These are the qualities we prefer, but are not mandatory:

– 1-2 years experience in running and managing Facebook ads, with portfolio and testimonials from previous client work that you're able to provide

– Familiarity with working in English speaking markets, particularly in Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, etc.)

Shortlisted candidates will be given a paid test project to work on.

If you are shortlisted, we will pay you in full and send you more projects to work on in the future.
