We are a real estate investment company in Atlanta, GA metro area. We buy and sell single-family houses directly from sellers or through brokers. We are expanding and looking to add full time VA to our team.
The right candidate will perform a mix of virtual assistant, customer service rep (CSR) and data entry duties. Here are the lists of potential VA activities:
• Take inbound calls, follow up
• Cold calling the sellers
• Call counties and cities to generate leads
• Generate leads from online sources: Zillow FSBO, FSBO Sites, Craigslist, GoSection8, Auction.com, HudHomeStore.gov, Hubzu
• Send offers on MLS properties, pending properties
• Update KPI
• Update mailing lists
• Processing mailing orders
• Skip trace owners
• Follow up with sellers via text, email, and voice messages
• Make offers on MLS Listings
• And much more…
This position requires 20-30 hours a week, 8 AM to 5PM EST and requires your full focus. Occasional Saturday work required (up to 3 hours).
The hourly rate is between $5 an hour and $5.3 an hour. Bonus of $50-100 for every closed property.
