Total Solutions Interaction Int’l, Inc. (TSii) is a privately owned BPO consulting firm, based in Chandler, Arizona and is incorporated in the State of Arizona in 2005 as an S-Corp. Founded in October 2003 by Nina Dalina, in its first three months of operation alone, TSii was able to secure an ongoing contract. TSii signed up two solid clients. Its client base expanded when TSii signed up partnerships with multiple call center agencies in the Philippines. We are now exploring freelancing industry as we believe that it will be the future of BPO industry.

We are now looking for a Rock Star Team Leader to manage different teams of our account. The main requirement should be the following:

-Must have atleast a year of experience is a plus but not required
-Must have a good attitude towards the job and co workers
-Can work with minimal supervision
-Can evaluate result and create report
-Must have own laptop with a good internet connection, headset, and camera
