We are recruiting for a Philippine-based proofreader for this project. Ideally, someone located in NCR or close to Paranaque.
Location: NCR or close to Paranaque
Full-time preferred (or at least 30-40 hours per week)
Duration: 3 months (November to Feb 2019 or early March 2019)
Target Start Date: Week of November 26
Objective: The work scope is to review all the labels of our products (to check the artwork and texts). It's standard proofreading job followed by specific instructions.
Tasks include:
1. Reviewing artwork (graphics and text) against a pre-approved template; Text will be in English.
2. Writing up comments / instructions for revision in the event that artwork does not comply with pre-approved templates + other agreements. Checking if these instructions were followed correctly in the next round of review.
3. Working within a proprietary Artwork approval system (all comments / approvals / disapprovals are done digitally). Support on how to navigate the system will be provided.
4.Freelancer will also be required to join some prescheduled onsite meeting when necessary.
Important: There will be occasional onsite meetings, first couple of days' onsite training and getting a laptop from the company. is required.
We will be paying by milestone either per week or per month of deliverables submitted.
