We Are Construction company that need a virtual assistant/office assistant. working hrs (Philippine time 1am to 8am). Seattle Time (9am-6pm)
1. call potential leads to set up appointments
2. help project manager to create a material cost. requires internet research
3. call sub contractor for estimate and scheduling
4. when leads become client. perform customer service to their needs
5. data entry excel and word
pls answer the following questionare

2. do you have any clients at this moment
3. must have internet. how fast your internet. how much your paying monthly
(we are willing to share internet cost)
4. must have computer and monitor.
(you might need extra monitor for data entry, willing to buy it)
5. fluent in excel or word
6. experience is a plus in english speaking environment VA, customer service, phone service
7. what is your asking rate. we have other applicants so a reasonable rate would be entertained. between $2-$4 per hr. with guaranteed bonuses base on performance
