Operations Manager – Upwork

SatisFIND’s Operations Managers are independent and driven individuals who would like to join our team and redefine what “work with impact” means in today’s world. Our Operations Managers are independent contractors who understand and value working from home.  Our work at SatisFIND has no borders and we are looking for interested candidates from different parts of the Philippines.  Due to the confidentiality of the nature of our work, the Operations Managers cannot simultaneously work as freelancers or consultants with other research/mystery shopping companies while working with SatisFIND.  Since 2005, SatisFIND has always been about improving Customer Service and we are looking for individuals who would like to build a career in managing mystery shopping programs for many established and independent brands in the market.  Compensation includes a fixed monthly fee and allowances for travel, communications and internet.

Here are the specific responsibilities of the Operations Managers:

Project Management: Understands monthly and quarterly goals, Monitor timeliness of the mystery shoppers’ work, Evaluate mystery shoppers on their report submission performance and attitude dealing with SatisFIND on the project
Internal reporting: Ensures smooth communication flow with the Project Director, achieves and measures objectives within timeline and budget set
Aid the team in inviting more mystery shoppers
Coordinate with mystery shoppers for projects
Respond to mystery shoppers for any fieldwork or payment-related queries
Guide new mystery shoppers on the project guidelines and specifics of the assignments
Conduct follow-ups with mystery shoppers as and when required, to ensure all mystery shop evaluations are completed within the timeline.

Qualifications:

Sincerely interested in customer service
Uses Facebook, Twitter/Instagram and LinkedIn, and other social media platforms regularly
Able to express thoughts clearly in writing and can confidently speak to mystery shoppers verbally in English and Filipino or Visayan
Work experience in hospitality (hotels/restaurants) or with other mystery shopping companies/market research agencies is not required but will be valuable
Preference will be given to current SatisFIND mystery shoppers.
