We are in need of back office agents for a NON-VOICE (US) account covering both DAY, MID and NIGHT shifts.
This is a 24×7 operations account. Which offers 8 hour shifts with 2 days off.
we are in search of bilingual agents who can speak, read and write the following languages fluently:
• Korean
• Japanese
• Spanish
• Arabic
• Portuguese
• Mandarin
• French
• Russian
* responds and closes open tickets assigned to them
* responds to chats within the given schedule
Compensation:
Rate $3
Requirements:
Must have good command in written English
With at least 3mbps DSL / Fiber Connection
A desktop / netbook
HD Camera and a noise cancelling headset with mic
