Candidate must possess a Law Degree or at least 3 years experience in the field of Human Resource Management level specifically in Labor Management/Industrial Relations: – from a unionized company – former/present company is at least 600 workforce – handled disciplinary cases, grievance hearings and CBA negotiations – coordinated or led Labor Management Committee meetings Computer literate especially in Windows-based programs Possess skills in basic negotiating, operational planning and assessment, documentation and analysis and business correspondence Can create employee relations programs and lead activities Has at least 5 years total HR working experience, 2 years in leadership capacity Full-time position available
