VIRTUAL ASSISTANT ECOMMERCE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESNTITIVE | MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE – Upwork

This job is for an Ecommerce Shopify and Amazon FBA Car Audio Electronics Brand. This position requires the ability to learn technical and engineering material. We sell more than 150 different products, you must learn each product and their full specifications. Most customer service questions are product related.

VA needed for a minimum of 42 hours per week, working with the current customer service team and the ability to work up to 50 hours per week if you want.

I am only looking for long term people. I hope to be able to work with you for the next 10 years, 20 years, or even 30 plus years.

You are required to work every day of the week (Monday-Sunday)

Pay is $4-6 per hour depending on experience. Do not send a proposal requesting $9+ per hour as you will not be considered for this job so you are wasting your time.

We are a new company so we do not have a lot of training material but we do have 5 full-time people doing the same type of work that are more than willing to help teach you and answer any questions you may have.

We sell car audio electronics so it is important that you are able to read and learn technical information. If you have previous experience with car audio that is even better! We have around 150 products, it is very important for you to study all of our products and memorize all the technical specs and product info. Many customers are asking technical product related questions so you must be able to learn how to reply to these with accurate information over time.

Daily Tasks –
– Managing email and chat channels
– Helping answer customers questions
– Help resolve any pending customer issues
– Must reply to customers quickly
– Managing eBay account – Messages, Returns, Disputes
– Working with 5 customer service representatives, 3 are in Bangladesh and 1 is in the Philippines.
– Managing and optimizing our customer support software (Reamaze – It is like ZenDesk)
– Setting up training materials that can be used to teach future employees how to handle all issues
– Setting up workflows, reply templates, and automated replies
– Handling upper-level issues if needed such as returns
– Finding areas to improve
– Other Tasks I assign you

– Familiar with at least one Ecommerce Platform such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA, eBay, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc…

– Prior Experience with Private Label, Dropshipping, etc.. is a plus!
