Website transfer,troubleshooting and wordpress platform – oDesk

i am looking for a web design/development who has experience in transferring websites between servers and is confident using cpanel of hostgator or similar hosting services.
   you must be also experience in performing back ups, WordPress installation and troubleshooting,and ideally confident in the WordPress platform,including installation and set up of plugins and widgets,adding HTML links,some web design and understanding of web graphics.
   i am in Australia and i have a partner in Philippines so we would prefer that you are available and welling to work and communicate between the hours of 7;00 pm and 2;00 am Philippines time, but time may change .
    this is on going work as required,and it may become for the right applicant.
SKILLS REQUIRED:troubleshooting,cpanel,wordpress,HTML,webdesign,graphics.
