Hey guys,

Im in need for a talented junior designer that can help me with design work. This position would be perfect for someone who is willing to learn and develop their designs skills.

Please keep in mind that this is not one off job. It is an ongoing position with monthly salary starting at $350 and will grow as we move forward. Ideally I'd find someone from Philippines but others are also welcome to apply. This is graphic/photoshop job only. No coding skills needed however you have to understand web and standards in order to design for it.

Im looking for someone with the same qualities like me. That is honest, reliable and hardworking. Attention to detail is everything and delivering work you are proud of each and every time (even when you done feel like it) is critical. You want to push your boundaries and never settle for average. You are ready to fail and move forward. Constrictive criticism is your friend not an enemy.
