We are a rapidly expanding team comprised mainly of attorneys headquartered in Washington D.C, in the USA! We are a dynamic venture backed company, the investors of which are some of the largest names in our respective sector. These processes allow hospitals and other healthcare providers to enjoy extensive recovery of denied claims from the insurance companies which have been left unclaimed.
This is a very strategic role and not a call center job. We are aggressively seeking ambitious and motivated graduates whom we can train with our senior staff and executives to become familiar with our unique systems.
Vision
We have a rigorous selection process and wish to find long term associates. The incumbents will be trained on complex federal healthcare law and case law. You do not have to have a legal background but you will be expected to learn quickly and help lead to our team's quick expansion, adding breadth and depth. The incumbent will be trained to be able to use direct hands-on recovery methods and will be coached to be comfortable with delegating increasingly more work and taking an increasingly strategic role as the company grows.

Responsibilities
The key initial responsibility will be learn our system and begin recovery of significant revenue for healthcare providers. After you have achieved a certain level of success you will move on to:
Increased responsibility via promotion to a leadership role where you can instruct and mentor others
Assist in assessing Claims Recovery performance in accordance with set goals and objectives
Participates in future planning, area development, and process improvement to recommend quality and productivity initiatives to improve the efficiency
Maintain relationships with key clients
