We have a 150 seat center based in the Philippines. We use Quickbooks for our book keeping and we have some customized reports in excel.
I also have some pretty scary excel sheets that are sprawling with data on multiple sheets. After you understand how the spreadsheet works I'd like for you to simplify the ease of use .. inputting data and its display (make it look pretty)
I'd also like for you to go into our Quickbooks and help us create Profit by campaign reports. You can also work with my existing book keepers to get everything set once and for all.
In summary you should be:
1) very good with excel
2) Can find your way around in Quickbooks
3) Capable of streamlining and making pretty excel spread sheets
