This is to be a MS Access or Open Office Base Application.
The application is a depository for problem / issue / complaint management.
The client will be provided a USB drive which will have the application loaded. The client will install the run-time application and then start the application.
A welcome screen would appear providing a snap shot of all the issues reported.
The use of this tool is for the client to be able to input:
1. Input a New Issue – issue name, narrative, person responsible, expected solution, timeline
2. Apply a solution to an existing issue / edit an existing issue
3. Delete an issue
4. Monitor an issue.
5. Measure if the solution implemented is working.
6. Reports.
The client fills in all the data, it is mostly text. Need reports and alerts.
