MarketingPro is currently searching for a Superstar Customer Service Focused Virtual Assistant!
This role will involve customer service calls and emails so you MUST have excellent English (both written and verbal)

We’re looking for someone hands on who works effectively independently.
We’re based in the USA and have a team of 3 customer service virtual assistants who are located in the Philippines.
This is a full-time position and you will receive training for our in-house software.
The position requires you to work from 11pm-7am Philippines Time – Monday to Friday.
An excellent pay package is available for the right candidate and will be dependant on experience.
A large part of the role will be lead generation and management as well as customer service.
We use programs such as Helpscout, JustCall, Slack, Hubstaff, Asana, (you will be trained).
Google Adwords knowledge would be a bonus.
You will need:
Excellent English skills – both written and verbal
Strong, reliable internet connection
Good, reliable laptop or PC set up
We build software and marketing solutions for Real Estate owners to learn methods
to achieve a steady stream of motivated seller leads into their businesses.
