The Task: Write on this topic – Networking and Making New Business Contacts in Your Country
"Networking" = making personal connections, adding contacts, and seeking business and other opportunities through your connections. NOT computer networking or so-called network businesses.
The content will be used on a product blog and in-app feed. Style is similar to Inc or Entrepreneur. Depending on your social accounts, we may be able to provide a link and byline.
Writers from all countries other than India and Pakistan are welcome to apply.
Countries of special interest: Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Philippines, Caribbean, Latin American countries.
The readers are businesspeople who use English, though English may not be their first language. They're busy and they want to read valuable things on the go.
*Length is at least 1,200 words for one article.
*Increase your pay by adding a video and personal photos (OK if they're not pro quality), and suggested photos to link to if they're not yours.
*Delivery time is generally 1 week.
*More work may be available in the future.
You'll be asked to make reasonable revisions so the article complies with the basic guidelines (see below). Work that requires extensive English editing will be rejected.
You will not retain rights to the article. Bidding on this project indicates you agree to that.
Style and content requirements:
*Write in a normal, conversational tone that's appropriate for blogs and for adults. Don't try to use big words or sound intellectual. Be cool, be human.
*Support your ideas with actual sources, examples where possible.
*Your opinions are not a source material but of course you can add personal insight.
