* Looking for an experienced webscraper who can do this relatively quickly (the data are time-sensitive and may be taken down soon)
* Data will be used by academic researchers at Princeton, American University, and UC San Diego.

Here are some specifics:
– Each row should include all the "Common Information" (Machine ID, Polling Center, Clustered Precinct, etc.).
– The "location" of the clustered precinct should be saved in separate columns for Region, Province, City/Municipality, Barangay, and Clustered Precinct
– The data should be delivered as separate data files (in csv or some other easily readable format) for each type of elected position (e.g. Senator, Party List) and each row should include the candidate name, party (which is in parentheses), votes, and voteshare.
