Job Description for Marketing Graphics/Customer Service Representative
*All applicants will be required to take an unpaid pre-screened test on email and graphic design fluency. Additional instructional materials for the pre-screen test are below.
-Applicants in Philippines Only
-English Fluency is a must
-Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Drive and Email is a must.
-Graphic Design Experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
-Vector Graphics experience is preferred, or must learn and take a test prior to hiring
-Customer Facing Experience is Preferred
The Marketing Graphics and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for completing client graphics and design requests on strict deadlines while holding these designs to high standards. The CSR/MG Representative has to have great time management skills and needs to be able to effectively communicate with clients. This person will be able to complete data entry and assist in the implementation and creation of online stores and databases. The CSR/MG Representative will be responsible for providing quality designs and customer service on a daily basis.
