We operate properties and manage them on Airbnb and Booking.com using Hostaway as our channel manager. We do this around the world in Sweden and Australia. We have 3 VAs in The Philippines now and we want one more!
We use Beyond Pricing for determining our prices.
Asana for task delegation. Slack for messaging each other.
So basically we need to employ a Manila-based VA or VA agency for the following reasons:
– Sometimes (rarely) all 3 of my VAs in the Philippines are offline due to a storm, so we need a company that can run our guest communications and owner comms without me or their help sometimes.
– It is hard to train up new employees to work for us just over summer (when we have 30 properties) when we need to let them go in winter (15 properties).
– We need someone who can work anytime or any day.
– If we need to scale quickly, it will be easy for one of your VAs to train someone new in your office quickly. In your reply please write 'zebra' at the top of your proposal so I know you read this whole thing.
– Note: if you are a VA agency, we need everyone to be in a physical office, not scattered around the country in separate places to colleagues. We're looking for a team environment where knowledge sharing to colleagues is easy!
We will be selecting:
– the most qualified applicant (MUST have Airbnb AND extensive Booking.com experience from a hosting perspective).
– the lowest price per hour. Must be below 6 USD per hour paid through Upwork, so inc fees.
– MUST be located in Manila.
– MUST be a COMPANY with employees based in the Manila
So if you DO NOT have direct experience, charge over 6 USD per hour, are not in Manila, please DO NOT apply as I really don't want you to waste your time when we will reject your proposal anyway.
Please be sure to list your relevant experience in detail regarding managing properties on short term rental sites on behalf of a property owner.
