Need help with multiple assistant tasks, from making phone calls and scheduling to transcription. – Upwork

Ideal Time:
M-F 1 – 5 pm PST

Ideal Tasks:
Help with calendaring, transcriptions, miscellaneous
Updating WordPress site content (just changing text or pictures)
Filling out paperwork/pdf based on very clear instructions (I won't ask them to figure out anything complex)
Converting bank statements to excel and then categorizing them
Email management would mainly be converting user issues/emailed tasks to Trello, answering frequently asked questions (with questions and answers compiled together on an ongoing basis), and unsubscribing from ANY email with unsubscribe at the bottom
Making phone calls to check on the status of something or schedule an appointment
Research a topic/question and come up with possible answers based on expert opinion (""How can nonprofits use 990 forms for fundraising efforts?""). They would have to just provide a few links with excerpts in a Google Doc
Transcribe PDFs/images
Do monthly email/chat/phone check-in with certain employees (literally just asking them to talk with updates/concerns and putting that into a card)
Remind me of unusual things on my calendar, things I'm waiting for (based on Trello), etc.
Send invoices/reminders using Waveapps
Random Trello management (Move tasks from List A to B when the due date is within the week, add any tasks assigned to me from other boards to my board once a week, etc.)
Random Internet Work (go through this page and make sure all the links work, go through the site and make sure xyz shows up on every page, compare this list of people to the list on the website and figure out what's missing, etc)
Maybe need voice/video transcription or proofreading
