We are a cooking school based in Wagga Wagga NSW (Australia) looking for a general VA with social media and marketing experience. We would prefer our VA to be based in the Philippines.
We are looking for you to work with our chefs and operator in relation to helping with our social media platforms, help with basic website bookings and also email responses to our customers.
Training will be provided for a good candidate. Great English skills (written and spoken) is required for this position.
WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
• List classes – squarespace/book that app/shopify
• Maintain info. & graphics
• Graphic design for classes to be uploaded (will be provided to you)
MAILCHIMP
• Weekly newsletter
• Graphics – view all old newsletters in mailchimp to get an idea of graphics needed
SOCIAL MEDIA – VIA FACEBOOK, INSTA,
• Schedule weekly posts of upcoming classes/add hashtags using Hootsuite
• Add photos that I send and relevant hashtags
• Build on increasing number of followers – mainly drawing from a five hour radius of business
EMAIL ENQUIRY
• Deal with standard email enquiry with standard reply – weddings, classes etc
• Deal with enquiry (pre templated responses)
• Use of Freshdesk to respond to email requests and use Freshchat to talk with clients via website.
OTHER
• Customise reporting – excel spreadsheets for tours with euro and US dollar calculations
RECIPES
• Check website for classes
• Format recipe sheets for each class
• Check menu listed on website correlates to recipes being formatted
• Three days prior to each class check website (book that app) for how many people are booked into that class and email recipes
• Add recipes to google drive folder – 2019 recipes/file under chefs name
