$160 USD Each week (for first 3 months, then $200 each week after) $4/hour–>$5/hour
Are you tired of having to jump from job to job? This job is about 40 (at least 30, and optionally up to 50) hours per week and has no end date. We have a team of full time workers working from home in the Philippines, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Most of our staff have been with us for 3+ years.
We need to immediately hire a Sourcing Manager/Operations/Project Manager for immediate hire. We are an American company with 8 current employees in the Philippines and other countries. You will working with the American and Filipino team. Both will train and coach you.
This is not a temporary project. We want you to stay with us for years as almost all of our employees do.
Wage is about $4 per hour plus bonus/commission depending on your exact qualifications. If you have experience in this type of role, please apply so we can set up an interview.
Operations/Logistics Manager (Work from home)
Sales Operations and Logistics Manager
– Plus if you can speak Mandarin and know Quickbooks, but not a requirement
– You will work side by side the CEO as well as the other 8 employees currently located around the world.
– You will act as the liaison between supply and demand within our company. You will need to be organized, assertive and able to trust your instincts.
– You will create analysis, comparing suppliers and finding the best suppliers, best prices and best lead times. You will receive a bonus/commission for finding the best suppliers with the best price.
– Ensure that all inbound/outbound domestic/international shipments are moving efficiently and on time (tracking all live projects)
– Maintain relationships with suppliers in USA, China, Europe, etc.
o Request pricing from them and organize pricing research findings into Excel and our proprietary database
o Negotiate with suppliers to improve price, lead time and payment terms
– Organize and track live deal sourcing to ensure we are well positioned to close deals.
– Research product information to help us find creative ways to find solutions for our clients
You MUST have fast and reliable internet and be willing to work at least 30 hours with at least half of them being between 12PM and 5PM EST.
The first 45-60 days have a reduced wage and are a change for both of us to get to know one another.
